How often can I take the supplements?All suggested uses of each supplement are found on the label. The labels can be read in the store by scrolling through the images. If you are uncertain of the potential effects of any supplement, with or without any prescription medications, you should consult your healthcare professional before use of any supplements.

Where can I find additional information on the supplements?The most common questions about the supplements are regarding their use, flavor, consistency, storage requirements, and expiration. The skin supplements vary in type, consistency, and use (which is labeled with each bottle). Only mild and natural scents are apparent in the skin supplements. The oral supplements are all a sweet (organically and naturally flavored) liquid and are recommended to be used by holding in the mouth, under the tongue, and swishing from 30-90 seconds, in order to fully and sublingually absorb all of the nano-sized nutrients. The consistency of most of the supplements is that of a very fine oil-based liquid. It is recommended that you store the supplements at room temperature in a cabinet, closet, or somewhere outside of direct sunlight. All supplements should be shaken before use, and all supplements have a true two (2) to three (3) year shelf life (depending on the supplement). Where can I find my past orders or subscriptions?All orders and subscriptions for documents, videos, consultations, and online meetings/conferences will be found in the login section on the main +SYRONA website (syrona.org), using the login button in header. How long will my order take to arrive?Digital downloads should be made available immediately and you should receive an email with instructions. All tangible/physical items are processed within one to two (1 - 2) business days (unless there is a back order situation) and are shipped out using either USPS or UPS and will arrive according to their standard shipping schedules, after we process the order and hand it off to them. What are +SYRONA's delivery options?Currently we typically use USPS as our main courier, and only ship using standard ground shipping options (unless otherwise requested). If we are shipping anything outside of the USA we typically use UPS. If either of those couriers are not suitable for your needs, you should contact us via email (syrona@mail.com) before placing your order. Thank you!

Can I pay for expedited shipping?Yes. Before placing your order online you should email us at syrona@mail.com and make a request to expedite your order and we will send you a link to pay for the additional cost of shipping, and then you can place your order online, and be sure to make a note at checkout that you sent your payment for expedited shipping. Please specify in your initial email what type of expedited shipping you need (i.e. 2nd Day Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) and whether you would like to use USPS or UPS. Please note that usually UPS is more reliable and on time and USPS is usually a little cheaper. Also, please note that once we hand off your shipment to the courier, we have no control over the timeline or when it will actually arrive. If you're requesting and paying for expedited shipping, we will send you a tracking number.

How do I get free delivery on +SYRONA supplements and other items?If you subscribe as a Black Diamond Member with +SYRONA, you will receive free shipping, anywhere in the world [limit two (2) orders per month], and you will have priority member service options for email, calls, events, etc. Also, any orders over $1,000, shipping anywhere in the USA will receive a free shipping credit (refund) and any orders over $2,000, shipping anywhere in the world outside of the USA, will receive a free shipping credit (refund). In order to receive your free shipping credit (refund), you must email us (syrona@mail.com) after placing your order so that we can verify your order and refund you for shipping.

Where is my refund?If we have issued a refund to you, it is done as a refund request through our payment processor, which is a third party financial institution. Typically refunds take anywhere from five (5) to seven (7) business days (depending on your financial institution's policies and procedures) to show up in your account. If you still have not received your refund, or you would like to inquire on its status, you will need to contact your financial institution (bank, credit card company, etc.), as we have no control over the funds or how long it takes to be deposited into your account, once we issue the refund.
